It’s Sunday! This is the day I spend prepping food for the week, laundry and budgeting.
Breakfast: Wheat toast with almond butter/coffee
AM Snack: None
Lunch: Vietnamese Pork Sandwich with veggies / water
PM Snack: handful of cashews / string cheese
Dinner: My sweetie made Caldo (A Mexican Chicken & Veggie Soup). So yummy!

Last Night I went to bed at: 11:30pm I had trouble getting to sleep: NO
I was able to finally get myself to sleep by: in the dark
I woke up today at: 7:300am My sleep was interrupted zero times.
I had a total of 8 hours of sleep.
Today I took time to relax at least 10 minutes: YES Total time relaxed: 120 min
I relaxed by: Watching a movie
