I’m here!  Whew!!  Life is going so fast and this post has been chopped off my list.  I know so many Peeps love keeping up with me and seeing I am just like you.  So here it goes, back on the horse :)

Breakfast: 2 Sara Lee Thin Sandwich halves with almond butter / coffee with Natural Sugar (Problems with Stevia – back to sugar only 1 tsp.)

AM Snack: 15 salt and pepper cashews / 1 String Cheese / Water

Lunch: Leftover Chicken Parmesean with clean sauce & goat cheese / chopped veggies with red vinegar & olive oil/  Water

PM Snack: Grapefruit

Dinner: Chicken Gumbo with okra, tomatoes,onion, bell pepper & brown rice / Tea – unsweet

Late Snack: Water :)

Water: 90 Oz.

Other Liquid: 2 cup of coffee

Vitamins/Supplements: Multi x 3 / Fish Oil x 2 / Jigsaw Mg x4 / B complex / Vitamin D3 1,000 x 2

My Fitness:

Today’s Exercise: Interval and Strength training at the gym (lunch time 50 min) & evening walk with my daughter 30 min

Total Exercise Time: 80 min.

My Rest:
Last Night I went to bed at: 10:30pm  I had trouble getting to sleep: NO

I was able to finally get myself to sleep by: in the dark

I woke up today at: 6:300am  My sleep was interrupted zero times.

I had a total of  8  hours of sleep.

Today I took time to relax at least 10 minutes: YES   Total time relaxed: 60 min

I relaxed by: Playing with the kids and listening to podcasts

Nesting Time: Yes, 30 minutes.

Journal Entry Made: Yes

My Mood:
My Anxiety/Stress Level is 1 2 3 4 5 (circle one— 1 is the least & 5 is the highest)

My Depression Level is 1 2 3 4 5 (circle one— 1 is the least & 5 is the highest)

My Feelings and Struggles today were: No struggles.  Felt in control, great day.  Feeling strong.  No stress or anxietyof any kind.  I actually was laughing at myself during Tony Robbin’s new show tonight how I have come so far.  I was on the bead completely relaxed!  We can forget to celebrate the victories.  No matter how small!!
